Opportunity Overview

Join us as the HR & Admin Coordinator for Talent Programmes at GAC Group, where you will play a vital role in supporting the design, implementation, and oversight of our talent initiatives and HR administrative processes. Your responsibilities are pivotal in enhancing the employee journey, facilitating talent development schemes, and ensuring seamless HR functions. Acting as a primary point of contact among department heads, employees, and external collaborators, you will facilitate efficient HR management.


Role Responsibilities
:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with HR peers, hiring officials, and external recruitment partners.
  • Manage budget approvals concerning recruitment necessities.
  • Leverage advanced recruitment tools and techniques to evaluate and select candidates.
  • Provide backup support for the HR Specialist when required.
  • Maintain and revise employee records in HR systems, ensuring precision and confidentiality.
  • Compile and handle HR paperwork, including contracts, induction materials, and performance evaluations.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating job expos, and drafting offer correspondence.
  • Uphold HR policies and ensure adherence to company benchmarks and legal regulations.
  • Conduct job analysis, assist in drafting and revising job descriptions, and annually scrutinize the Employee Handbook.
  • Carry out probationary assessments and performance reviews collaboratively with supervisory personnel.
  • Spotlight training needs through evaluations and routine discussions with stakeholders.
  • Serve as an intermediary between the GAC Academy, external training suppliers, and staff members to organize suitable training programs.
  • Coordinate all training events with in-house and external training providers.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR coordination or talent management.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labor laws and recruitment in the IT sector.
  • Exceptional English communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases.
  • Minimum of 3 years in HR roles.
