We are a leading provider of student accommodation seeking a welcoming and dependable Housekeeper to join our team at our modern student residence in Liverpool.
You will maintain cleanliness in communal areas and rooms, and conduct thorough cleaning of vacated rooms and kitchens as needed between tenancies. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure a tidy and inviting environment for our student residents.
Responsibilities:
In addition to your daily tasks, you will be responsible for fulfilling health and safety obligations in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, which mandates maintaining personal safety and that of others, cooperating on safety matters with the employer.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role emphasizing cleaning and safety
- Keen eye for detail
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Responsive to queries
- Willingness to exceed expectations
Preferred:
- Preferred certification and/or readiness to undergo Carbon Literacy training as our Pillars are integral to our brand.
