Financial Operations Associate
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including payroll processing with a focus on precision and efficiency
- Create and distribute detailed payroll reports to senior management for review
- Maintain meticulous employee records to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Resolve discrepancies and irregularities in payroll promptly and accurately
- Prepare and submit essential payroll tax documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Contribute to the enhancement and upkeep of payroll systems such as Kronos and Workday
- Collaborate closely with the HR department to guarantee accurate employee information and smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide assistance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000 per year
