H&M Sales Associate

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at H&M. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the store's sales and profitability. Your role will involve assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and collaborating with colleagues to meet customer expectations. Reporting to the Department Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities Include*

• Proactively engage with customers to provide personalized assistance and enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by following merchandising guidelines and maximizing selling opportunities
• Receive and unpack merchandise, tag items, and stock shelves efficiently
• Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and promote the H&M Loyalty program
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and ensure store compliance with safety guidelines
• Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality service
