The Store Hotel is in search of a proactive Guest Relations Executive to join our team, taking on a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful stay. Responsibilities include providing support to the Reception Manager and Guest Relations Manager, acting as a friendly point of contact for guests, and cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry and a strong desire to advance in this sector.
