Under the guidance of the Vice President of Regional Operations, we are seeking an individual who thrives in a diverse and rewarding environment. This role involves balancing the nurturing of relationships with seniors, their families, and external stakeholders within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a strong and high-performing management team
  • Supervise an interdisciplinary team of Managers, Sales Consultants, and frontline employees
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the overall operational activities of the Residence
  • Develop operational plans for efficient operation and effective communication
  • Provide guidance to achieve occupancy, Net Operating Income, and Operating Margin targets
  • Address resident and family concerns promptly and implement action plans for resolution
  • Ensure compliance with provincial regulations at the site level
  • Collaborate internally to create an optimal work environment that enhances the resident experience
  • Establish strong community partnerships to promote the residence within the community

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement living, hospitality, or similar sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, budgeting, and operational excellence
  • Experience in sales and marketing to drive occupancy and community engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders
