Responsibilities:

• Prepare garden beds for planting by removing weeds.
• Remove spent blooms from plants.
• Conduct general pruning of plants.
• Aerate soil to facilitate root growth.
• Plant seeds and seedlings in designated areas.
• Ensure plants receive adequate water and hydration.
• Maintain soil quality through fertilization and soil amendments.
• Ensure proper grading and drainage in garden areas.
• Clean up fallen leaves and garden debris.
• Organize maintenance activities based on seasonal requirements.
• Monitor plant hydration needs and watering schedules.
• Possess general knowledge of plant health and common issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as needed

Location: Edmonton, AB (On-site work)

Licence/Certification: Valid Driver's License (mandatory)

Expected Start Date: July 5, 2024
