The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying fundraising prospects, nurturing donor connections, and executing campaigns. Additionally, they will lead event planning, proposal drafting, and volunteer management activities. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage fundraising events, including logistics, promotion, and volunteer supervision.
- Create persuasive proposals and grant applications to secure funding from diverse sources.
- Supervise volunteers to support fundraising initiatives and events.
- Boost brand recognition through various channels, effectively conveying the organization's mission and objectives.
- Committed to achieving fundraising objectives and upholding organizational values.
- Prior experience in fundraising or a related field is advantageous.
- Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research to identify funding opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage donors and craft compelling proposals.
- Experience in composing grant proposals, press releases, and fundraising correspondence is beneficial.
- Capable of working autonomously and taking the initiative.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in communications, business, public relations, or related disciplines is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.
