Person Specification
Essential

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar community fundraising position.
• Proven experience in engaging with various stakeholders such as community fundraisers, major donors, companies, and trusts.
• Demonstrated ability in generating income effectively.
• Experience in creating and supporting fundraising campaigns and events.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practices in charity fundraising.
• A contagious passion, enthusiasm, and charisma.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid enhanced DBS disclosure.
• Capable and confident in working independently.
• Proficiency in completing administrative tasks and using computer applications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £25.00-£28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
