We are seeking a highly reliable and customer-oriented individual to serve as the primary point of contact at our rapidly growing Auto Body Repair Facility. The successful candidate will interact with customers and insurance companies in person, over the phone, and via email. Key responsibilities include data entry using various computer software, including Microsoft and QuickBooks, as well as CCC Estimating software. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate punctuality, strong organizational skills, a positive work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively. Training will be provided to individuals who meet these criteria. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not essential. This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and overtime opportunities available. Specific work locations will be discussed directly during the interview process. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, along with benefits such as employee discounts, health insurance, and paid time off.
