Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at Harbour Landing Village. As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing essential administrative support within the village. Your role will involve being the initial point of contact for customers, residents, and potential clients, shaping their overall experience at our facility.

This dynamic position will require adaptability and a willingness to perform diverse tasks. Some days, you will be stationed at the front desk as the main Concierge member, while on others, you will engage with residents and facilitate various activities. Both aspects of this role are vital in delivering outstanding customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Your Reception Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all customers
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary
  • Provide concierge services and handle financial transactions
  • Assist with booking procedures, transportation, and resident onboarding
  • Maintain clear communication with residents, volunteers, and other departments
  • Support sales events to promote Harbour Landing Village
  • Update and maintain client information accurately for documentation purposes
  • Ensure confidentiality of client and company information
  • Manage basic cleaning tasks during the day and adhere to Covid-19 protocols
  • Complete administrative duties efficiently and on time
  • Execute proper emergency protocols as the lead staff member on the main floor
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Your Companion and Activities Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and accompany residents to activities and appointments
  • Assist in planning and organizing engaging activities for residents
  • Encourage and monitor resident participation in programs
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of residents
  • Observe and report changes in client conditions
  • Engage with residents needing socialization and emotional support
  • Provide impromptu activities to meet residents' needs
  • Build genuine relationships based on resident profiles and care plans

WHAT YOU BRING:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • First Aid CPR Certificate
  • Transfer, Lift, and Repositioning Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
