Job Description

We are seeking individuals to assess and document the condition of wooden furniture and flooring in properties nationwide after water or fire damage incidents. The role involves compiling detailed reports and coordinating the removal or restoration of items as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to lift contents independently or as part of a team.
• Evaluate wooden items for potential restoration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work autonomously, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Possess a strong attention to detail and take ownership of tasks.

• Effectively handle claims and maintain a structured diarising system.
• Provide regular internal reports with key performance indicators.
• Manage a caseload under supervision.

Key Requirements:

Skills:

• Relevant French polishing and cosmetic repair qualifications.
• Clean driver's license with no more than 3 points.
• Clean DBS and credit check.
