Impact: As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant in our Office Services division, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, visitors, and team members on a daily basis.
Daily Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning and upkeep duties in various areas like the lobby, offices, break rooms, hallways, etc.
Monitor and attend to incoming requests promptly.
Assist in relocating office equipment such as desks, chairs, printers, etc.
Occasionally assemble office furniture.
Manage office and kitchen supplies inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and order in printer areas.
Dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility.
Support in setting up meetings and events as necessary.
Contribute a positive and team-oriented approach to our Los Angeles office.
Your Qualifications:
At least 2 years of maintenance experience within an office environment is preferred.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting with multiple projects.
Proficient in handling office equipment like copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Able to lift objects up to 50lbs.
Previous experience in a law firm is a bonus.
