Experienced Service Plumber

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a talented Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. As a Plumber, your main responsibility will be to uphold and repair heating and plumbing systems in multi-family commercial buildings (condos). Your expertise in plumbing techniques and mechanical knowledge will play a crucial role in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance and repair of mechanical systems following manufacturers' recommendations, relevant codes, and industry standards
• Inspect mechanical and plumbing systems to identify issues and potential problems
• Diagnose and locate leaks and other failures in water and drain lines
• Oversee project renovations and upgrades to building systems, such as re-pipes or heating plant replacements
• Deliver in-suite service to condominium residents

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of plumbing techniques and practices
• Proficiency in utilizing power tools and hand tools essential for plumbing tasks
• Mechanical acumen to troubleshoot and repair plumbing or heating systems

Requirements: Valid Journeyperson plumber/gas fitter ticket, clean driving record, and clear criminal background check. Preference will be given to 'A' ticket holders.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
