Experienced Inbound Sales Specialist

Regular shifts consist of 4 hours, five days a week, Monday to Friday, anytime between 9am to 1pm (flexible hours to be discussed during the interview).

Base salary is £24,000 (pro-rated) with potential earnings of up to £31,000 (uncapped)

As an Internal Sales Executive in a small, high-paced call center, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our customers, managing bookings and providing vital services.

Key responsibilities include:

· Providing outstanding customer service through both Outbound and Inbound calls

· Upselling and cross-selling Rightio's range of products and services

· Accurately documenting call details on internal systems

· Promoting the benefits of Care Club policies

· Keeping abreast of system/process updates

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in such a role and demonstrate the following key skills:

· Exceptional customer service aptitude

· Ability to address and overcome objections

· Outstanding telephone and communication skills

· High self-motivation and a drive for success

· Proficiency in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)

· Capability to establish strong customer rapport and trust

· Ability to thrive in a competitive environment

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
