Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar, is essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO with administrative tasks, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Manage front desk activities and welcome visitors
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion
  • Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintain electronic and physical files using software like DocuSign
  • Provide executive administrative support as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately type correspondence and reports
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial functions
