Our head office oversees facility governance, and we are seeking individuals eager to contribute their skills, passion, and organizational abilities to our nurturing and vibrant team.
Job Description
Policy Management:
· Understand and adhere to relevant legislation, standards, and requirements
· Review and update policies, procedures, and manuals regularly
· Communicate policy changes to the management team effectively
Accreditation Support:
· Organize accreditation documents and policies for presentation
· Collaborate in establishing timelines for accreditation compliance
Organization and Record Keeping:
· Maintain and update subcontract records efficiently
· Ensure proper file management and record-keeping practices
· Manage and organize various documents including insurance, licenses, and accreditation information
Executive Assistance:
· Support the President in special projects
· Manage office supplies, cleanliness, and organization
· Handle external communications via email and phone
Qualities:
· Self-motivated and proactive
· Strong writing and editing skills
· Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
· Willingness to adjust hours and travel as required

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
