Estate Coordinator

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Schedule: 35 hours per week between Monday to Sunday. Working hours to be coordinated with estate manager

Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per year, depending on experience

About The Bushcraft Company:

At The Bushcraft Company, we offer authentic outdoor residential adventures for youngsters aged 7-18 from May to October. Nestled in our tented camps at Badminton, children immerse themselves in the wild - sleeping under the night sky, and cooking meals over open flames. From mastering first-aid skills to constructing shelters and handling survival scenarios, our outdoor experiences are designed to foster personal growth and hands-on learning.

The Position:

Located at the picturesque Badminton site, you will collaborate with the estate team and field staff to ensure top-notch standards, quality, and safety are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing feedback, following R.A.G reports, and aiding field staff to comply with the Estate Manager
• Collaborating closely with the estate manager to maintain and monitor high quality and safety standards
• Conducting daily meetings with the estate team to outline daily tasks
• Supporting and nurturing the growth of our field team
• Completing staff monitoring forms and offering constructive feedback
• Prioritizing staff well-being in all activities
• Creating a stimulating environment for individuals to flourish in the outdoor industry
• Engaging with teachers and addressing any queries or concerns on-site
• Participating in on-call night duty (May-October) as per an agreed upon schedule with the estate manager

Requirements:

· Possession of a valid UK driving license with at least 1 year of experience

Selection & Appointment Process: Candidates must complete The Bushcraft Company's pre-camp training programme. All appointments are subject to satisfactory training attendance, references, and enhanced DBS Status.
