Job Description


End-point Assessor

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us at Autoexel as Associate End-point Assessors. If you have the expertise to assess apprentices in any of the following Apprenticeship Standards, we want to hear from you:

  • Autocare Technician | ST0499
  • Light Vehicle Technician | ST0033
  • Heavy Vehicle Technician | ST0068

As an associate assessor at Autoexel, you will work as a self-employed professional, undertaking assessments based on bookings received. The role primarily involves traveling across the UK to evaluate apprentices at colleges, training facilities, and other suitable locations. Additionally, there will be some remote work for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare necessary documentation before assessments
  • Conduct end-point assessments
  • Grade and submit assessment results
  • Participate in training sessions and activities
  • Keep up with continuous professional development requirements

Requirements:

  • Assessor qualification or willingness to obtain one
  • Relevant accreditation or qualification meeting or exceeding the apprenticeship standard
  • Industry experience
  • Full UK Drivers Licence and access to transportation
  • Successful completion of a DBS check

Preferred:

  • Competence in alternative automotive Apprenticeships Standards
  • Level 2 award in Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance or higher
  • Level 4 internal quality assurer award or equivalent
