JOB DESCRIPTION

Joining our Test team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of customers' online orders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customers' items with care and professionalism.
• Conducting functional tests on a wide range of media and electronic products.
• Assessing and grading items based on visual inspections.
• Providing timely and clear updates on customers' orders.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of legal requirements for buying and selling customer goods.
• Representing eCommerce in a positive and respectful manner.
• Working towards achieving both quantitative and qualitative performance targets.
