Your impact:

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for meticulously deburring manufactured components in adherence to batch card and drawing specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Degrease process and visual inspections
  • Execute Descale process and visual inspections according to specifications
  • Conduct Paint process and visual inspections as per guidelines
  • Ensure use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
  • Interpret engineering drawings accurately
  • Provide cover for holidays and overtime when necessary
  • Assist with SQDCP boards as needed
  • Train new employees to required standards
  • Handle aerospace parts with extreme care
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
  • Conduct TPM checks and assist with machine maintenance
  • Support preventive actions and communicate issues promptly
  • Ensure efficient operation within the department

Experience, Knowledge, and Education:

  • Prior experience with chemicals is advantageous
  • Demonstrated proficiency in numeracy and literacy is essential
  • Experience in self-inspection is crucial
  • Ability to organize work priorities effectively
  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety protocols
  • Background in the Aerospace Industry is beneficial
