Salary:
£25,000 annually + Incentive


Work Location:
Once proficient, you will have a hybrid work model. During training, you will be stationed at our office in Grantham, Lincolnshire.


Main Duties:

As a Case Officer, your role involves aiding clients and their creditors (and fulfilling our organizational requirements when necessary) throughout the client journey. This will require a proactive approach to establishing trust and commitment with the client and their creditors.


Additionally, you will be tasked with:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication with clients, creditors, and voting agents via calls, emails, texts, and post
  • Building rapport and trust with clients by listening attentively and guiding them through processes
  • Establishing and nurturing solid working relationships with peers and external parties
  • Demonstrating a client-focused approach by attentively listening to their needs and responding supportively and empathetically
  • Adhering to departmental protocols and seeking assistance when required
  • Ensuring all client interactions are pertinent and beneficial, being mindful of their requirements and expectations
  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data, ensuring all relevant details are captured and documented
  • Maintaining adequate technical and process knowledge, highlighting concerns to your Team Manager
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to inefficient or ineffective work practices


Key Skills Desired:

  • Prior experience in a relevant field would be advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to comprehend client requirements
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude to interact with challenging and vulnerable clients
  • A collaborative team player with the confidence to work autonomously without constant supervision
