Customer Services Representative

Join our team at Natural Purity, a leading company in environmental solutions, as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-home environmental solutions testing and assist homeowners in diagnosing issues.

2. Deliver informative in-home presentations, suggest appropriate product bundles, and address customer concerns.

3. Determine suitable equipment installation locations and estimate costs.

4. Maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Interact with members, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.

6. Update National Sales Manager on work schedules and leads status.

7. Educate customers about products, provide promotions, and ensure informed decision-making.

8. Process orders, collect payments, and coordinate product installation.

9. Follow up with customers post-sale, generate referrals, and offer consumer incentives.

10. Uphold a professional demeanor representing our commitment to excellence.

11. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required - comprehensive paid training provided.
• All appointments are screened for safety adherence.

Full-time positions available with a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, weekly pay, benefits, and bonuses.

On-site position in Greater Ottawa area, Canada residents only.
