Key Responsibilities: - Enthusiastically welcome and engage with members and guests to foster a positive club atmosphere - Responsively address customer inquiries through telephone, email, and in-person interactions - Monitor member check-ins to identify overdue accounts - Register all members and guests following correct procedures - Direct guests and appointments to the relevant staff/departments promptly and professionally - Promote club activities, group fitness classes, and other in-club events to members and guests - Maintain accurate daily cash reconciliation records efficiently - Process retail and concession sales transactions - Dispense membership cards, parking decals, towels, child-minding tickets, and other necessary materials - Conduct regular club inspections to ensure cleanliness meets standards Qualifications: - Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude - Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering client loyalty - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - High school diploma is a must - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) - Familiarity with cash handling procedures What We Offer: - Supportive, collaborative, and positive team environment - Competitive remuneration - Complimentary membership at our home club - Discounts on Gold's Gym products and services Please note: The job description outlined provides a general overview of the role.
