Position Overview:

Currently, we are seeking passionate individuals to fill multiple positions as Customer Service/Sales Representatives at our Syracuse, East Syracuse, and Utica branches. Our operational hours are from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to discuss available solar credits
• Educate customers on the benefits of our solar and green energy solutions
• Respond promptly to customer queries and effectively resolve issues
• Maintain precise customer records and update information as necessary
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Provide customers with product information and make recommendations
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services

Required Skills:

• Outstanding communication skills - fluency in English/Spanish is advantageous
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly to customers
• Precise data entry skills with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated track record in meeting or surpassing sales targets through upselling
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience in outbound/cold calling or sales would be a bonus
