Customer Service Representative:

Top Level Taekwondo is expanding its reach with a new location opening soon in Waterloo, Ontario!

As we establish our presence and clientele, we are initially offering 10 hours per week with the potential for increased hours in the future.

We are seeking dedicated team players to become part of the Top Level Taekwondo Family. Our team is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong sense of accountability to join us as a key team member.

Top Level Taekwondo, founded 9 years ago, has experienced rapid growth and now operates across multiple locations due to the high demand for our innovative teaching approach that combines modern methods with traditional martial arts values. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional experiences to all our students and their families.

Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will directly report to the owners and management, playing a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring positive interactions with families on a daily basis.

Sales:
Handling transactions and assisting clients with memberships are key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative.

Customer Communication:
Effective communication is essential to outstanding customer service. In addition to in-person interactions, the CSR will engage with customers via email, voicemail, and other communication channels daily.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
