Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless customer experience at the store's front end. Show your dedication by maintaining a high level of customer awareness while efficiently processing transactions at the checkout. Engage with customers, share your expertise and enthusiasm, and collaborate with customers and colleagues in a consultative manner to provide solutions that align with their professional and educational objectives.
Specifically, you will:- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by processing various types of purchases, addressing customer inquiries, and handling returns and exchanges with efficiency. This includes managing purchases like buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS), service pickups, and special orders.
- Seize opportunities to recommend additional sales and services to customers. Engage, Share, and Collaborate by proposing relevant programs and promotions to enhance customer value.
- Operate cash registers, adhere to all loss prevention protocols, and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of your assigned departments.
- Organize and replenish front-end racks and shelves, as well as merchandise displays.
- Prioritize a clean and safe environment, with a focus on the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and customers.
Qualifications:
Your Profile:- Preferably, three months to one year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage customer concerns diplomatically.
- Effective communication and customer engagement skills across various channels.

Additional Details:- Executing our merchandising standards and enhancing the customer experience may involve a moderate level of physical effort and equipment/machinery operation.
- Your role will primarily entail engaging customers at the front cash station, which may require repetitive movements, standing, and product handling.
- We encourage our team members to gain exposure to various store areas to enrich their experience across the store while primarily working at the cash station.
- Flexibility in working retail-based shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
