About the Position

We are seeking a Customer Experience Analyst who will play a key role in enhancing our understanding of the Customer Experience we deliver!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create reports based on data from our Customer Experience Team Escalation and Customer Survey.

  • Monitor, identify, and analyze trends, establishing connections between data points, interpreting and sharing insights about the evolving factors influencing outcomes.

  • Consolidate data from diverse sources to offer a comprehensive view of the customer experience and identify areas for enhancement.

  • Develop and maintain a repository of data and assist in tracking KPIs.

  • Proactively pinpoint new data elements that could offer deeper insights into performance or business trends.

  • Analyze and present information clearly and succinctly to various audiences within the organization.

  • Collaborate with team members to design new reports using PowerBI.

  • Support ad hoc reporting as new requirements emerge.

  • Identify fresh data elements that could offer insights into performance in advance.


What You Bring to the Team:

  • Degree in a data-related field or equivalent relevant education and experience.

  • 3 years of pertinent work background in data analysis.

  • Proficiency in creating and managing SharePoint sites.

  • Capability to construct reports using PowerBI.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Energetic individual with a proactive approach and high initiative.

  • For applicants in Quebec, bilingualism is mandatory due to regular interactions with English-speaking colleagues nationwide.

  • No prior Canadian work experience is necessary, but eligibility to work in Canada is a requirement.
