Opportunity Overview

Customer Advisor - Checkouts

Part-time Position - 15 hours per week

3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Flexible Shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 am to 8:00 pm

Hourly Rate of £12.21

Location: B&Q Tamworth

Key Responsibilities

As a part of our team, you will serve as an expert advisor, offering both inspiration and guidance. You will familiarize yourself with each customer and their home improvement undertakings. While sales are a focal point, you will also handle tasks such as click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring the store's impeccable appearance. The opportunity for training in various domains will be provided; however, providing exemplary customer service at the registers will be your primary objective.

Your amiable and outgoing nature, coupled with a passion for assisting customers, will be greatly valued.
