Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Embrace a blend of innovation and professionalism in a stimulating work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project coordination and thrive under tight deadlines. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are key aspects of our business. Fluency in English and a patient demeanor are essential. The role requires availability from 9 AM to 5 PM PT. Candidates with expertise in CRM systems, particularly Zoho Creator, will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

- Manage campaigns, coordinate tasks, and handle invoicing on our CRM platform (Zoho Creator)

- Assist in organizing project schedules and maintaining calendars

- Uphold company policies and guidelines

- Organize and oversee team activities

- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to improvement strategies

- Provide support to the executive team

- Facilitate onboarding and training procedures

Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

- Exceptional communication skills suitable for diverse personalities

- High emotional intelligence

- Proficiency in Google Suite for administrative tasks

- Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoicing

- Strong problem-solving capabilities

- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

- Accurate data entry skills with a keen eye for detail

- Efficient task automation abilities

- Familiarity with ChatGPT

- A proactive and strategic approach to work

- Eagerness for continuous learning

- Tech-savvy with a knack for onboarding and training

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with CRM systems, especially Zoho Creator

- Understanding of HR functionalities
