Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for US clients, delivering exceptional support and guidance.
- Promptly address client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels like email and phone.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain client records and documentation with a focus on confidentiality and precision.
- Offer insights and suggestions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Participate in 8-hour rotational shifts to provide continuous coverage and support to US clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Support, customer service, or related fields.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a solid customer-centric approach.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

Experience:
- Experience in a US-based call center: 1 year (Preferred)
