Job Description


Location: The positions will be located at Unite's Leeds office in the North East Yorkshire & Humber region.
Salary: Grade 2 - £23,986 per annum full time [pro rata £21,164] (Rising to £25,668 per annum full time [pro rata £22,648] after 12 months in the role)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part-time - 30 hours per week
Working Pattern:
1: Monday to Friday working 6 hours per day from 0600 hrs to 1200 hrs
2: Monday to Friday working 6 hours per day from 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs
Reports to: Senior Regional Administrator
Benefits: 36 days annual leave (pro-rated) and a final salary pension scheme

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the office, toilets, and kitchens. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of COSHH, effective communication skills across all levels of staff, punctuality, and efficiency in completing tasks to high standards within the allocated time. Confidentiality maintenance is crucial.
