Job DescriptionThe Associate II will be responsible for receiving initial loss reports for straightforward auto and property claims through an Express Claim Center. The role involves addressing customer queries regarding processes, policies, and next steps, as well as updating claim details.

Working within a community and giving back! As a Claims Service Representative, you will guide customers through their First Notice of Loss interaction, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey. Duties will include answering incoming calls, providing efficient and accurate service, and directing customers appropriately.
Responsibilities:
Handle all First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for both Auto and Property customers Provide guidance and make decisions on claims inquiries Uphold exceptional Customer Experience standards Respond to customers with care and empathy Document loss details accurately Explain claim processes and next steps Arrange Method of Inspections and/or Emergency Services
Qualifications:
Preferred 1 year of customer service experience Preferred 1 year of auto/property claim adjusting Proficient in oral and written communication, multilingual abilities preferred Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage high volumes Allstate Canada Group provides workplace accommodations.
