Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Resolve issues or escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Achieve response time and satisfaction targets.

Job Qualifications:

• FSC or equivalent educational background.
• Prior experience in customer support with live chat proficiency.
• Effective English communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
