Role Overview:

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and sales by providing personalized and exceptional service. Your responsibilities include meeting personal and business targets, inspiring customers with your passion for our products, and actively contributing to enhancing the store's environment and business growth.

While your primary focus will be on customer service, you should also be ready to assist colleagues in various store areas as needed.

• Greet customers warmly and address initial queries
• Assist customers with security tags and transactions
• Provide exemplary customer service and assist with styling recommendations
• Promote multi-channel services and cultivate customer loyalty
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain stock levels and uphold store standards
• Participate in in-store events and contribute ideas for improvement
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to health and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Demonstrated passion for enhancing customer experience
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
