Cashier and Garnisher

Job Description

We are currently looking for a meticulous Cashier to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure precise and efficient transaction processing.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and offer assistance as required
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for transaction processing
• Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized checkout area
• Recommend products or services to customers according to their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations as necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar position
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers
• Being bilingual is an advantage
• Familiarity with retail sales principles and practices
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while ensuring accuracy
• Openness to learning and adapting to new processes and technologies
