Job Overview

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Cash Office Responsible in the vibrant setting of the H&M Nottingham store, located in the Victoria shopping centre. This role, albeit temporary, offers full-time employment with 39 hours per week.

As the Cash Office Responsible, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing shop floor and office administration duties. Your primary responsibilities include training, informing, and supporting the store team to ensure proficient knowledge and execution of stock management, cash handling, banking procedures, and other operational protocols set by H&M. Your dedication will help uphold the quality of service delivered to our valued customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure secure, accurate, and timely cash handling, accounting, and personnel tasks.

  • Foster operational efficiency on the shop floor by supporting sales and managing technical equipment such as tills, scanners, and back-office systems.

  • Collaborate with the management team to educate the store staff on administrative policies and routines through comprehensive training programs.

Additional Information


Full availability 7 days a week, including weekends, is required. Please note that this position does not offer sponsorship under the skilled worker route.
