Compassionate Caregiver

Overview:

Be part of a dedicated team as a Compassionate Caregiver and positively impact the lives of individuals in need of care. As a Compassionate Caregiver, your role will involve providing empathetic assistance in both home care environments and care facilities, ensuring the happiness and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute personalized care strategies for each individual.
- Aid individuals with daily tasks such as personal grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain effective communication with individuals, their families, and medical professionals.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to those under your care.
- Keep accurate records of client data and services rendered.
- Drive to client appointments when necessary.
- Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Perform any additional caregiving duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in formulating and implementing care plans.
- Proficiency in fundamental IT capabilities for documentation purposes.
- Proficient in English to facilitate clear interactions.
- Knowledge of home caregiving practices and protocols.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for client visits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with individuals and colleagues.
- Previous work experience in a care facility is advantageous.

This position may entail flexible work hours based on client requirements. Applicants should be open to working within operation hours typically ranging from 7 am to 6 pm. Additionally, availability for weekend and evening duty may be necessary as per the agreed-upon schedule.

Compensation: Starting from £12.00 per hour

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 20 – 37.5
