Job Description


We are in need of a Call Center Customer Service professional who will act as the crucial link between our organization and both existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate should take responsibility for efficiently resolving customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries while prioritizing customer satisfaction as the foundation of all actions and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls promptly
  • Adhere to predefined communication scripts for various scenarios
  • Recognize customer requirements, clarify details, investigate each issue, and offer resolutions or alternatives
  • Capitalize on opportunities to promote products when suitable
  • Cultivate enduring relationships and surpass customer expectations
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions in the call center database
  • Regularly participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and performance
  • Achieve personal/team goals in terms of quality and quantity

Requirements and Skills:

  • Prior experience in a customer support capacity
  • Proven track record of surpassing targets
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach and flexibility in dealing with diverse personalities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Minimum high school diploma

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
