  • Manage incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently.
  • Utilize available resources to find relevant information for customer queries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Offer detailed product and service information to customers.
  • Input new customer details accurately into the system.
  • Update existing customer records with any changes.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
  • Identify and escalate urgent matters to the appropriate channels.
  • Redirect calls to the right department or individual.
  • Follow up on customer calls as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Record all call details following standard procedures.
  • Maintain complete and organized call logs.
  • Engage with businesses and individuals over the phone professionally.
  • Manage and update customer databases regularly.
