Key Duties:

• Oversee financial performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide operational support

• Manage HR systems and procedures
• Ensure company certifications are up-to-date

Qualifications:

• Business Management degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in steel manufacturing or construction
• Financial reporting and analysis certification
• Leadership training
• Safety certification is an asset

We offer a competitive annual salary with a tailored compensation package based on individual experience and skills.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
