A Business Analyst (BA) is skilled at understanding business requirements and ensuring that the solutions meet them effectively. They play a crucial role in connecting IT with business stakeholders, evaluating business processes, identifying needs, and guaranteeing that solutions bring value to stakeholders. Responsibilities involve:

• Collecting requirements from internal users and outlining detailed requirements for system acquisition, development, or enhancement projects / work orders.
• Collaborating closely with Business, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and other IT&S resources as well as 3rd party representatives to develop deliverables.
• Producing and managing test Approach for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Creating a comprehensive set of testing scenarios and setting priorities for proper test coverage.
• Leading test data requirements, test data creation, and overseeing test team and defect meetings.
• Generating status reports and final test phase reports.

Requirements include Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation, Requirements Management and Communication, Enterprise Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Solution Assessment and Validation, Testing, Test Case Development, Business Process Analysis and Modeling, User Acceptance, Organizational Change Management, and Analysis.
