The Autoplan Processing Support Services team is looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills to fill the position of Autoplan Processing Support Services Representative I in North Vancouver. In this role, you will handle various tasks for the department, including processing vehicle information requests, financial transactions, and updating database systems for call center departments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking clerical support duties such as file management, mail distribution/e-fax handling, and plate return documentation
- Inputting information like address changes into databases and updating insurance-related data
- Generating weekly reports
- Handling various financial transactions
- Reconciling daily cash and credit card payments
- Preparing and submitting departmental deposits and managing online vehicle damage search accounts
- Communicating with service points and customers to gather necessary information
- Notifying online account holders in case of insufficient funds for vehicle damage search payments
Successful candidates should possess:
- Outstanding customer service abilities and a professional telephone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
- Typically, these qualifications are met through high school graduation, job-specific skills training in clerical support, and a few months of relevant experience.
**Please note that this position requires in-office presence for 4 days a week in North Vancouver and remote work for 1 day.
The hourly rate for this role is $26.86 (plus 19.2% for benefits and vacation, totaling $32.02 hourly).
