Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Project Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate must possess a solid track record in overseeing low-rise residential and ICI construction projects, showcasing a profound understanding of the complexities and challenges inherent in these domains. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of projects, surpassing client expectations, and contributing to the continuous growth and prosperity of our client's business.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the planning, implementation, and completion of ICI construction projects.
  • Create and uphold project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to guarantee project success.
  • Handle project risks, issues, and modifications, implementing efficient mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, providing consistent project updates and promptly addressing concerns.
  • Foster a constructive and harmonious work atmosphere within project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on ICI construction.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
