Assistant Pastry Chef

Molly's Cupcakes Bakery, located at 1010 West 35th Street in Chicago, IL, is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Pastry Chef to join our dynamic pastry team!

This is a full-time role with an expected commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week. The typical work hours for this position are from 6 am to 2 pm, and weekend availability is essential.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing batters, buttercream, frostings, and mousses is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess self-discipline, a positive demeanor, a solution-focused attitude, and excellent attention to detail.

This fast-paced role involves standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of items weighing 50+ pounds.
