Located in downtown Montreal, we are currently seeking a candidate for a Customer Service Representative position:

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

· Greet, listen, and assess the needs of each client.

· Present our various offers and address inquiries.

· Register new clients by providing quality service and a positive customer experience.

· Prepare daily reports for management and follow up with the team.

Desired skills for the Customer Service Representative:

· Autonomy, Precision, and initiative.

· Ability to work in a team and organize work effectively.

· Skill in building and maintaining business relationships and trust with clients.
