Job Description


We are seeking a positive and friendly individual to join our team at Canadian Water Conditioning as an Administrative Assistant / Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, light accounting duties, scheduling, inventory management, and providing excellent customer service to our local customers. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with various departments to ensure prompt customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and light accounting duties
  • Manage scheduling and inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and become a 'water treatment expert'
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Hours: 40 per week

No weekend work required.
