Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are currently looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team at StartPlan, a prominent consultancy that specializes in guiding and supporting tech startups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering positive client relationships.

• Responsible for the efficient collection of payments from clients.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans with clients.
• Monitor and track payments to ensure prompt completion.
• Effectively communicate with clients to address payment issues and uphold strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the collections process and facilitate successful client payments.

This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounts receivable, 3 years in client communication, 3 years in payment negotiation (mandatory)
• Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
• Willingness to travel: 100% commitment required
