Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
• Ensuring timely payment of invoices
• Following up on customer statements regarding missing invoices or incorrect payments
• Conducting weekly cheque, EFT, and wire payment runs
• Completing other assigned duties as needed

Salary Range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift
