ROLE: ACCOUNTING CLERK
Description: Reporting to senior management, this role involves assisting with accounts receivable and a portion of accounts payable processes for the condominium corporations under our management. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing various systems and procedures.
Job Purpose: The primary objective is to accurately manage receivables and payables for the condominium corporations we oversee. This role also involves developing and implementing formal procedures to enhance business operations' efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Committed to providing exceptional customer service consistently.
5. Minimum of three years of accounting experience.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
7. Experience with Quickbooks Online is desirable.
